We all have days when we get frustrated with other people.   Discover one idea for dealing with others that you find difficult that can help alleviate stress and conflict.

Hey, if you’re feeling more negativity right now with everything going on in the world or more frustrated with people in general or short of patience, that’s understandable.

But I want to give you one quick piece of advice that was given to me one time.  And it really has been a game changer in reducing my amount of stress and angst and conflict with other people.

And that is this idea that, you know what, people are doing the best that they know how.  They’re doing the best that they can.

For the most part, people don’t wake up and they’re trying to be disruptive.  Or they don’t wake up saying, “Gee, I want to see if I can go make somebody angry at me today.” 

For the most part, they are who they are, and they’re just going about their life or their day, and they’re doing the best that they can. 

So try to keep that in mind.  Maybe it’ll save you an argument or a point of conflict or maybe just allow you to get through whatever anger you have with a loved one right now. 

But just keep in mind that most people are doing the best that they can.
